The JMS Delivery Process

A rigorous, GDP-compliant process ensuring every order is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

01

Order Receipt & Validation

Digital orders received via EDI, portal, or direct ERP integration. Automated validation checks credit, stock availability, and product licensing.

02

Pick, Pack & Quality Check

WMS-directed picking with barcode verification at every step. Quality checks confirm batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage compliance.

03

SFDA RSD Notification

Prior to dispatch, JMS notifies the Saudi Food & Drug Authority via the RSD track-and-trace system — recording the drug dispatch event and transferring ownership from JMS's GLN to the customer's GLN in full regulatory compliance.

04

Cold-Chain Loading & Verification

Cold-chain products loaded into pre-conditioned vehicles with data loggers activated and temperature verified before departure.

05

GPS-Tracked Delivery

All vehicles GPS-tracked with real-time visibility. Delivery routes optimized for speed while maintaining product integrity throughout transit.

06

Electronic Proof of Delivery

Digital POD capture with time, location, and recipient signature. Automated delivery confirmation sent to customer and JMS systems.

07

Post-Delivery Data & Reporting

Temperature data logger reports attached to delivery records. Full traceability data available for regulatory or quality audits at any time.

08

Invoicing & Financial Reconciliation

Upon confirmed delivery, invoices are automatically generated through Oracle ERP and transmitted to the customer. Financial reconciliation is completed with full audit trail — matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment records for seamless accounts settlement.
